Rapid Health Coming to Our Surgery on 21 April

We are pleased to announce that from 21 April, our practice will be introducing Rapid Health, a new digital triage system designed to make accessing care quicker and easier for our patients.

Rapid Health allows you to:

• Submit your symptoms or request online at any time of day

• Receive guidance on the most appropriate next steps

• Help our clinical team prioritise patients based on clinical need

• Reduce waiting times and improve access to the right care

This new system will replace our previous online consultation process. Our reception team will still be available to support anyone who cannot use the online service.

We appreciate your patience while we introduce this improvement and look forward to offering a smoother, more efficient experience for all our patients.
